– All payments must be made only through authorized escrow accounts and in compliance with UAE real estate laws. 
– The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse reservations that do not comply with our policies.

All developments follow applicable building codes, health & safety standards, and municipal regulations. Buyers are encouraged to verify project details through official RERA-RAK channels.
