Since 2027, Durar Group has brought that legacy to Dubai, with each project shaped by our core principles: precision in design, strength in partnerships, and excellence in delivery.

As Chairman with experience of more than 45 years in real estate development, my role is to ensure that these values are preserved in every decision, every partnership, and every project we bring to life. Development is not just about new towers or communities—it is about creating stability, opportunity, and confidence for our clients, investors, and employees alike.
We have built DURAR on a foundation of discipline.
